Cut or Paste?

While creating an ink outline to this NYC skyline I knew it needed more visually. By taking another skyline image and adding them together it not only increased its appeal, but an optical illusion now confronts the viewer. Was it added or taken away? Is one in front of the other? All good questions for anyone who views it.
